Beko TecLine drilling and cutting oil is a chlorine- and mineral oil-free lubricant in a 400 ml spray can for machining metals. It is applied directly to the cutting edge and is designed to reduce tool wear and built-up edges. According to the manufacturer, it is suitable for medium to heavy-duty machining, even on high-alloy steels, and is intended for professional or industrial use.
The spray is aimed at specialist companies in the sanitary and heating construction, metal construction, gas supply and industry sectors; further lubrication and cleaning products can be found in the Beko range .
Typical work processes and points you should check before buying:
According to the manufacturer, reduced tool wear and the prevention of built-up edges lead to longer tool life and good workpiece quality; for clean hands after work, beko offers the special hand washing paste as an accessory.
The material, the processing step and the processing conditions are crucial; according to the data sheet, the oil can be processed from 0 °C to +40 °C.
For high-alloy steels, an oil suitable for medium to heavy machining is required; beko explicitly mentions these materials as an area of application.
Shake the can well before use and apply the oil sparingly to the treatment area; the 360° valve technology allows for targeted dispensing of small quantities.
The aerosol is extremely flammable (H222) and pressurized: Keep it away from ignition sources, protect it from sunlight and temperatures above 50 °C, and refer to the safety data sheet. According to the information sheet, it should be stored dry at room temperature and not above +40 °C.
The information is taken from the beko product information sheet (print date 02/2023) and the safety data sheet (revised on 12.07.2024).
