The KG2000 is a modern, highly developed system with solid wall technology. The pipes and fittings are therefore very strong, have long-lasting stability and still have elastic properties.
The new patented triple seal makes processing faster than ever before and guarantees absolutely secure sealing even under the most adverse conditions. Thanks to the ring stiffness SN 10, the pipe can also be used in large kitchens for grease lines with trace heating when using NBR seals. This also applies to the drainage of industrial and petrol station wastewater.
Thanks to the solid wall technology, the pipe has a high impact strength and abrasion resistance. In addition, the pipe has smooth walls on the inside and is particularly durable.
Our original KG2000 can be welded for special purposes using the IP-plus welding system from Sabug and is particularly suitable for high traffic loads (SLW 60).
The KG2000 has a service life of over 100 years and is completely recyclable.
Our KG2000 is the first and only plastic pipe system to receive building inspection system approval from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) for use as a JGS pipe.
Only our original KG2000 solid wall pipe system may be used in combination with the Sabug IP-plus welding system for JGS systems for underground, pressureless pipelines.
