Typical uses and points to check before processing:
According to the manufacturer, the cartridge can be resealed and reused with a new static mixer; another POINT product for fast bonding is the POINT 501 FIX EXPRESS adhesive with activator .
The substrate, anchor diameter and load are crucial, as the scope of approval and setting parameters differ depending on the application.
The manufacturer specifies ETA-09/0140 for anchor rods, ETA-09/0246 for retrofitted reinforcement, seismic ratings of categories C1 and C2, and a fire resistance of up to R240.
According to the data sheet, at 20 °C there are approximately 7.5 minutes for processing, the curing time is 40 minutes; at 0 °C it is 45 minutes and 7 hours.
Discard the first application of mortar until the color is uniform, fill the borehole to about two-thirds and insert the rod with a rotating motion; only load after complete hardening.
