Beko TecLine Brake Cleaner 500 ml is an acetone-free, hydrocarbon-based degreaser for maintenance and repair. It dissolves oils, resinous deposits, and synthetic oil and silicone residues from brakes, clutches, and engine parts, and prepares parts for bonding or painting. Each order contains one 500 ml spray can, which can be precisely dispensed thanks to its high spray pressure.
The cleaner is aimed at car repair shops, industrial and metalworking companies as well as printing companies that need to quickly degrease soiled components; further products from the manufacturer can be found in the Beko range from Keuck .
The manufacturer lists these inserts, supplemented by points you should check beforehand:
A spray for brakes, engine parts and adhesive preparation eliminates the need to switch between several special cleaners; those who then apply adhesive, for example with the Beko Allcon 10+ construction adhesive , must also observe its own substrate requirements.
The key factors are the formula, the evaporation behavior, and the sensitivity of the surface to be cleaned.
The cleaner is based on hydrocarbons and, according to the manufacturer, contains neither acetone nor aromatic or halogenated hydrocarbons.
The low evaporation rate of 2.2 indicates rapid evaporation; additionally, beko mentions protection against immediate re-rusting.
Spray the surfaces generously, allow to take effect briefly, and wipe with a clean cloth if necessary; never spray the extremely flammable aerosol onto hot parts and always refer to the safety data sheet. According to the manufacturer, the product is intended for professional or industrial use only.
The most important specifications according to the manufacturer's documentation; complete safety, storage and disposal instructions are contained in the safety data sheet.
